Job Related Experience:
- 3+ years of Salesforce.com experience; Specific experience includes marketing and sales force automation modules, workflows, triggers, VisualForce, APEX, HTML, Javascript
- 2-4 years of functional and business requirement interviewing, documentation and user story creation experience
- 1-3 years of project planning and management experience; Scrum or Agile methodology experience preferred
- 1-3 years of Quality Assurance experienceEnd-to-end agile planning software experience a plus (i.e. Atlassian)Financial services background a plus
- Proven track record in leading and managing projects
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; detail, quality and task oriented
- Exceptional planning, analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating stakeholder workshops
- Client friendliness with the ability to build and maintain trusting and value added client relationships
- Strong technical and process development skillsCapable of exercising discretion and independent judgment
- Ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly
- Ability to work with cross-functional and offshore/international teams
- Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written, with a high level of confidence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio; Office365 a plus)
