Qualifications Strong analytical, problem-solving, process knowledge, multitasking and decision-making skills are also important Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, delegate and execute tasks effectively are critical Bachelor degree in Information technology or equivalent 4-5 years experience in a similar position Documented knowledge of the manufacturing, service and or construction industry Experience working in projects Documented good experience working with: Knowledge of ERP systems (Infor/Baan IV is a major advantage) Development knowledge of Microsoft SQL Reporting Services â?¢ Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL Databases Positive customer service attitude Strong personal drive and commitment to deliver on time results The ability to work with all levels of employees Flexible and able to work independently Excellent communication skills Responsibilities The ERP Business Analyst is a full-time position and acts as a liaison for all stakeholders in the operational support of our ERP system Baan IV Performs and coordinates the analysis of business needs in relation to our ERP system Baan IV Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of the ERP process, field Service operation and sales through the different divisional business system solutions Conduct training sessions in these applications and corresponding workflows/processes Develops and executes system testing in cooperation with our regional and divisional IS Team Acts as a liaison between the business and IT development team Evaluate, analyze, and map business processes, working with the business to determine possible solutions to increase efficiencies and productivity Develop functional requirements documents Develops business critical reports using SQL Server reporting services Be able to travel up to 25% of the time
