Job description ERP Support Analyst Company based in Louisville, Ohio is seeking a dynamic, entry-level IT professional who has the desire to learn manufacturing and business processes while serving as the support interface and ERP subject-matter expert in a fast-paced production environment.
This is a highly visible role that will interact with all levels of the organization with an emphasis on supporting all aspects of the ERP environment (Enterprise 21).
The ERP Support Analyst position requires outstanding customer service skills with the ability to troubleshoot and analyze simple to complex tasks within the ERP system as they relate to company business/manufacturing processes and operations.
This role will require a systematic learning process for all areas of the company business as it applies to the E21 system; production, shipping, order management and purchasing.
