Minimum of 3 Years SAP ERP Software Support - SAP ByDesign is ideal
Proficient in software upgrades, small enhancement projects and new implementations
Excellent client-facing written and verbal communication skills
Expert knowledge/expertise on end-to-end business processes and software solution matching
Process leader: able to manage own workload without supervision
Creative thinker with good problem-solving skills

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in information systems, computer science or other related field, or equivalent experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
Responsibilities
The ERP Business Analyst will work within Client resources supporting the SAP ByDesign application belonging to the Client business unit
The SAP ByDesign application supports multiple functional areas (e.g. Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, Shipping and HR)
This position, under general supervision, will be responsible for new or enhanced development of the application, operational report development using SAP report design, lobby/dashboard setup, E-Workflow, custom processes, as well as security permissions and profiles
Additional responsibilities for maintenance and support for the SAP ByDesign application may include: Ability to administer multiple instances - Custom objects - Data archives- Security permissions and Solution management
Must fully support third party application integration such as EDI, E-Commerce, B2B and B2C applications, and provide general resolution identification, remediation, testing, compliance, and adherence to security / change processes, as well as producing and maintaining documentation
This position will interact with users and subject matter experts at all levels including upper management
Upgrade and support ERP software to increase process efficiency and transparency
Work with cross functional departments to gather all the data related to current manufacturing, supply chain, maintenance and finance processes
Analyze all current business functions to identify opportunities for system improvements
Provide project risk analysis and mitigation planning
Perform project management duties to control all phases of the project lifecycle
Engage senior subject matter experts and operation leaders in process improvement initiatives
Manage improvement projects from conception to execution to ensure on time, on budget with mitigated risk
Ensure user acceptance testing meets all department and cross-department requirements
