Qualifications


  • 7+ years\' experience administering, configuring, tuning, and troubleshooting enterprise financial systems with a strong preference for candidates with subject matter expertise in Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Strong experience implementing release management frameworks for application implementation, installs, data migrations, and system software upgrades
  • Deep familiarity with data governance frameworks, Agile methodology, project management tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Extensive knowledge of SDLC, data engineering, data modeling, data warehousing, data architecture, data science enablement, BI, and 3rd party data integrations
  • Experience leading large scale programs with multiple stakeholders, complicated data dependencies and intersecting workstreams
  • Exceptional stakeholder relationship skills including the ability to define process around feature intake requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and lead data team efforts to meet timelines with optimal, scalable solutions
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
  • Excellent skills in all aspects of planning, cross-group collaboration, communications, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail
  • Strong ability to develop and articulate big picture and develop compelling executive presentations
  • Exceptional problem solving with a data driven approach; demonstrated ability to solve complex technical issues and develop thoughtful solutions
  • Proven ability to lead change management efforts and champion innovative ideas for the organization

Responsibilities


  • This role will champion and help drive the adoption of our financial technology and data services across the organization
  • This position will be focused on administering key applications in financial technology stack including, Oracle Fusion & EPM, OCI, OIC, and Coupa throughout their implementation & support lifecycles
  • You\'ll also help guide integration strategy and prioritization for dependent applications and databases
  • You will lead the strategy and holistic Financial Applications roadmap as a key connector across the company, partnering closely with stakeholders across the organization to unlock business insights
  • You\'ll share meaningful, consistent stories that highlight the business capabilities and accomplishments of the team
  • In addition to hands-on technical work, this position will require providing assistance to project teams with architecture design, upgrades, performance tuning, systems stabilization, documentation development, and the creation of deliverables
  • Responsible for administration of key applications in financial technology stack including, Oracle Fusion, EPM, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including: Environment set-up, maintenance & system patch / refresh activities
  • Develop and Maintain instance plans, coordinate upgrade activities with Oracle Support, and communicate prod-to-test and test-to-test refreshes to all impacted stakeholders
  • Partner with Security and Risk teams to define access and data security policies as well as adjust procedures and policies as needed
  • Partner with critical teams to build an identity access policy and user roles based on segregation of duties
  • The Admin will also be responsible for defining audit procedures to validate user permissions
  • Manage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle PaaS platform administration, and Support Security integrations with Oracle Cloud Applications and to our Identity provider to assist our security team with any troubleshooting or issue resolution & configure application access functionality to enhance business processes across ERP modules
  • Periodically analyze and report account usage, metrics including reconciling any provisioning to licenses and subscriptions
  • Manage Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support and Cloud Operations to coordinate and complete any system administration tasks
  • Monitor and investigate any system performance issues and work with Oracle, project teams, and end-users to identify and resolve root causes
  • Responsible for establishing processes for a unified planning, intake, incident management and deployment releases as well as maintaining and reporting out program deliverables across multiple teams and business units

  • Coordinate with Oracle & Coupa to ensure the Vendor Success Manager is notified of environment copies or transfers as soon as possible, notify the team of the planned date, and follow up when the system is ready to be entered again

  • During go live they will oversee the safe integration of the production environment with any necessary integrations or conversions for the additional waves
  • Post go live they will provide access, as needed, to Enterprise Architects to test Oracle provided patches or releases
