Role: Salesforce.com Business Analyst
Location: Sussex, WI
Responsibilities
Understands all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities
Partner with functional experts from across the business to build requirements/user stories
Clearly communicate release and functionality status, issues, risks, plans, etc.
Awareness of and ability to deliver compliance requirements
Accept requirements from multiple stakeholders and prioritize product backlogs and analyze them for impacts to the systems
Act as a liaison between product owners and business groups by communicating product and business vision, translating product needs into technology solutions
Work with the teams to determine priority and to schedule them into different releases
Contribute to the teams backlog by partnering with the functional teams
Champion continuous process improvement across the product development lifecycle
Drive system adoption through end user support and training
Identify Salesforce.com usage challenges and determine optimal user experience to address challenges
Drive team performance analytics, reporting/visibility and process improvement activities
Develops ad-hoc reports as requested by user groups or stakeholders, performs analysis on data as required
Maintain system reports and dashboards to track trends in usage, adoption, and other key metrics
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Business or related field. At least one (1) year of experience with Salesforce.com Sales Cloud Platform and its capabilities is required. Because Salesforce is a hosted application, deep programming skills are not required. However, this person must possess general knowledge of Web applications and Internet architecture as well as deep skills in Excel and Access. Knowledge of CRM systems and process are required. Candidate must possess strong communication and analytical skills and the ability to work independently and as a team player. Prior experience acting as a liaison between various internal business units and sales is preferred. Candidates with commercial printing knowledge is a plus.
