*WHO WE NEED-
- Customer Service Representative (experience required)*DUTIES-Answer daily messages from eBay, Amazon, our website-Answer phone calls; process orders over the phone-Help out with customer service for our retail store (very minimal)-Some tasks may require processing returns, RMA, etc.
- MUST be familiar with eBay/Amazon-MUST be familiar and knowledgeable with Outlook, Word, Excel - no exceptions-At least with a high school diploma/GED: MUST know how to type in proper grammar and spelling-ChannelAdvisor a +-Golf knowledge a +++-Spanish/English a + but not required
