- The E-Commerce Business Analyst is accountable for delivering high quality, comprehensive systems designs, business requirements and business cases that will help to improve business efficiency and productivity once implemented.
- The BSA will also be responsible for helping drive projects through testing, training and full implementation, including ongoing enhancements and support for core functionality.
Duties and Responsibilities - Adapt and evolve short-term and long-term plans to support ecommerce marketing objectives defined in response to changing business conditions or technological opportunities
- Provide systems support for departments interfacing with our eCommerce platforms.
- Drive projects and tasks to completion, proactively identifying potential issues and collaborating with peers in business and technology areas.
- Collaborates with functional owners to understand business needs and implement applications using best practices.
- Develop and present communications effectively to working team, peers, managers and senior leadership, tailoring communications to the audience level of knowledge, objectives, needs, and interests.
- Maintain expert knowledge of assigned product, using an analytical approach to identify opportunities for testing and product enhancements.
- Document business system requirements including create process flow diagrams, use cases, control points and current/future state diagrams as needed.
- Coordinate deployment activities with infrastructure, vendor and development teams.
- Track and follow up on issues, decisions and actions as required.
- Plan and manage activities during all testing phases.
