Budget $: 100,000 - 200,000

  • Responsible for the e-commerce site experience, CRM program, promotional calendar, product catalog & life-cycle.Manage available resources against a set budget.Oversee the master product timeline and ensure key milestones are met (import creation, enrichment, photography, allocation, go-live)Work with design & production resources to develop product copy & enrich product catalog for e-commerce.
  • Partner with Buying/Planning team to define ongoing merchandising approach, ensure product availability, identify high sell-through products, upcoming features & replenishment strategy.
  • QA site daily for issues such as bugs, broken images, load speed, etc.Monitor the e-commerce systems to ensure all product/data feeds and mapping rules are functioning properly.
  • Work closely with the CMO, Retail team & third party partner on site improvements, problem resolution & additional special projects.
  • Develop useful benchmarks and analytics approaches to help quantify decisions and measure efficacyResearch and analyze best practices from competitors across e-commerce, CRM, and promotional programs.
  • Create and optimize content strategies that take advantage of search and social media insights.
  • Work closely with the rest of the marketing team to get the most out of content shoots, partnerships, PR, and additional programs.Evaluate new tools and partnerships.
  • Analyze what is selling and extend product based on current successes.
  • Continually tests, analyzes and optimize campaigns, promotions and landing pages to increase conversion and drive incremental sales.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent from a four year college4-6 years e-commerce and/or digital production management experience, managing budgets, timelines and approvals.
  • Some prior fashion and hands-on SEO/SEM experience strongly preferredClear experience in using benchmarks and metrics to improve marketing programs and enhance functionality
  • Strong understanding of how to optimize experiences for customer acquisition and retention
  • Strong Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and spoken/written presentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of best practices in integrated marketing, social media and CRMAbility to manage multiple projects, set goals, and prioritize tasksSelf-driven and motivated
