plan and deliver topline growth; goal is for ecommerce to continue to grow above company average be point person for all customer service and operations questions for your customers plan and execute trade spend planning and management manage all broker relationships partner with Brand Experience (BE) team to develop annual direct media strategy and budget; execute at top customers to drive growth drive deep analytic capability on the business to drive P&L trade offs across pods create and manage the P&L for the ecommerce channel (own the business) own the P&L soup to nuts for this channel; partnering with business teams and finance manage ecommerce as a business; lead the organization through investment choices in the channel own the innovation pipeline for ecommerce channel (deliver channel innovation) lead team to develop and execute a product pipeline that drives meaningful and differential growth for PAD in this channel lead the revolution on ecommerce; ensure this business is 25% of PADâ??s company five years from now (â??lead the revolutionâ?) ensure PAD stays on the leading edge of ecommerce in the CPG industry partner with brick and mortar retailers to help drive the ecommerce agenda with more scale partner with industry leading ecom retailers and emerging business models to drive PAD to a leadership position work reception once a month* Desired Skills and Experience CANDIDATE PROFILE the ideal candidate will be someone who cannot get enough of the digital world and has an appetite to change the game in the CPG online space. he/she will be hyper organized, have a keen sense for pulling quick decisions out of vast data sets, have a game changer mentality and applicable experience at a fast-paced consumer packaged goods company or digital agency. weâ??re looking for someone whoâ??s flexible, nimble, doesnâ??t have an ego and is ok with getting down and dirty â?¦ most of all, a can-do (or what we like to call yes-and) spirit. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 8-10 years of professional experience, preferably with a consumer products company in the digital space experience selling to Amazon and other ecommerce customers strong initiative and demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and levels a fast-paced, multi-tasking expert with strong work ethic someone with an ability to simplify the complex a high energy individual who is passionate about, and has shown success in, influencing others a team player, comfortable with ambiguity and deadline pressures outstanding communication skills â?? both oral and written bachelor degree required
