Honey-Can-Do business lead for buyers and category managers
Responsible for mid-market customer portfolio
Develop and execute annual strategic growth plans for each customer
Leverage marketing and promotional opportunities to drive account growth
Prepare and present quarterly performance and assortment recommendations
Act as key business stakeholder for compliance related issues and improvements
Responsible for accurate monthly SKU-level inventory forecasts
Maintain and grow product assortment with customers
Timely submission and marketing of new products
Manage and maintain pricing and customer product numbers in ERP
Audit product listings on existing accounts for accuracy and performance
Maintain integrity of product information on customer sites
Complete price increases including all customer communications and administrative responsibilities
Track and analyze sales and profitability reports, recommend opportunities for improvement and implement
Coordinate on-boarding of new customers and orient new customers to the procedures required by Honey-Can-Do
Communicate new customer requirements to all internal departments and facilitate kick-off meetings
Setup new customer accounts in ERP system
Review and analyze customer contracts and allowances noting potential complications
Customer portal account setup and on-boarding
Complete customer forms, W-9, insurance forms and product data sheets as required
Negotiate pricing and payment terms both domestically and internationally
Use applicable portals / spreadsheets to build new items on specified accounts
Reconcile invoices and pricing with accounting team as necessary
Leverage Salesforce platform to run day-to-day business and manage tasks and follow-up
Qualifications
Bachelorâ??s degree in relevant field
Knowledge of e-commerce technologies, social media trends, and promotional marketing
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Experience with Salesforce
Ability to lift 30lbs., assemble product and stand or maneuver for extended periods of time.
Ability to travel to current and new customers
