Dimensions:
  • The position will be responsible for an annual revenue target across the North American E-Commerce shops.
  • The position will also be given the responsibility of a direct marketing budget.
  • Additional customer service and marketing targets will be defined such as:ROAS = Return on Ad Spend, Net-Promoter-Score, etc.
Job Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in E-Commerce, preferably in Consumer Electronics SectorProficient in Online Marketing including: SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, Retargeting, Affiliate programsStrong working experience with CMS and E-commerce platformsWorking experience with supply chain processes and forecasting systemsBackground in online merchandising and assortment planningProficient in budgeting and vendor managementStrong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
Responsibilities:
  • Develops annual E-Commerce marketing plan for North America to include product promotions and Direct Marketing strategyCoordinates the alignment of DM communication targets with Global Marketing and Trade Marketing teamsOversees the execution of DM tactics to increase qualified traffic to the storeGuides and approves the work of outside marketing service providers and ensures premium, timely and on budget deliverables
