  • Collaborate with management to set a go to market strategy which will accelerate our business growth in the channel
  • Drive business growth by working directly with current e-commerce customers to set up new items and execute promotions that will drive additional trial and increases in velocity.
  • Call on new e-commerce customers to get as many enjoy life products listed as possible
  • Build relationships with key customers and distributors at all levels of their organization
  • Plan out promotional calendars for all accounts which optimize sales while staying within trade spend budget
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training as we build out an e-commerce team which will be 12-18 months out from hire date
  • Lead the channel; teaching new hires and internal stakeholders about the channels unique needs
  • Understand and communicate e-commerce trends and industry updates to internal folks
  • Bring innovation forward on new products, packaging, sizes, and processes.
  • Develop sales decks using data and trend info that show that tell a compelling story
  • Create a new item launch plan for the channel and execute on those plans accordingly
  • Analyze and interpret data to better understand our business trends
  • Create sales reports and create updates to share with internal stakeholders on where business is trending by category and customer
  • Establish best practices for operating in this channel of trade
  • Negotiate programs with customers to get an optimal spend that will drive growth
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop programs that will drive online sales
