  • This position will work to bring strategic thought and leadership to and progress the e-Commerce marketing vision on behalf of the product portfolio
  • Responsible for evolving our digital footprint, emphasizing the conversion path to purchase, and ensuring strong integration with and across our other brand campaigns
  • Develop digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversion to our direct to consumer e-Commerce site, Amazon and other online retailers
  • Analyze sales performance results and make recommendations for promotional activity enhancements and product offerings
  • Manage third party online webstore Fulfillment Companies, e.g. presentation and set up of all new items, promotional calendar development and implementation, post-performance and weekly analysis, and other duties as assigned
  • Execute promotions and campaigns that will maximize sales through paid search, retargeting, social eCRM and other digital marketing tactics
  • Oversee the tracking and analysis of e-Commerce sales and analytics to ensure we are constantly learning and improving
  • Work closely with sales team, e-Commerce partners and retailer accounts to develop strong promotional strategies and unique product offerings that will enhance presence on their sites
  • Work with agency to create and execute best in class SEO tactics specific to product promotion and e-CommerceAct as point person with the sales team and online retailers, providing them with necessary assets and marketing support
  • Assist with developing a direct-to-consumer, marketing, promotion, and product calendar to align brand campaigns, new product launches, brick and mortar retail events and promotional initiatives
  • Digital Media: Lead and Sales GenerationDay to day responsibilities will include optimization of our digital campaigns designed to drive webstore sales through testing, and measurement utilizing detailed web analytics data and software systems
  • Work with Digital Media Manager to identify and manage multiple online channels including SEM, SEO, Affiliates, Display, PPC, and Social Media to generate new leads and sales
  • Assess and identify new channels of customer acquisition and retention in order to build online sales of products, all in one meal kits, and direct to consumer meal kit components
  • Work along side internal marketing partners and digital agency on a daily basis to optimize key terms and banner ad performance
  • Generate competitive, integrated, research-based and data driven insight that increases consideration and sales with potential online buyers
  • Develop and manage e-commerce P&L to deliver company top and bottom line results for this channel of businessKnowledge
  • Strong knowledge of campaign management/ad serving technology: AdWords, Double Click, DART, Atlas DMT
  • Strong knowledge and working experience of web analytics packages such as (Omniture, Coremetrics, Google Analytics, Compete.com etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of data manipulation tools such as Excel (or SAS, SQL,SPSS)Knowledge of forecasting and business analysis (including but not limited to; site traffic, conversion, spend, click-through rate etc to identify growth and optimization opportunities)
  • Knowledge of negotiating methods, principles and conceptsKnowledge of financial analysis, modeling, budgeting and business planning
  • Strong knowledge of marketingSkills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving hands on experience, using quantitative analysis to solve business issuesSelf-motivated with a desire to make an impact in this channel
  • Exemplary writing, listening, communication and presentation skills
  • Outstanding computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
  • Fully proficient presentation (.PPT) development skills; creating compelling and persuasive presentations
  • Excellent time management skills, exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
