THE SALES TEAM:
  • This position is designed to increase independent accounts primarily online retailers who may also have a retail store presence. Continue working closely with existing customers and prospect and find new opportunities.
  • In this capacity, the incumbent is reviewing each customer sales and making expansion recommendations for each customer.
  • The sales team will share success stories and feedback on product.
  • The position is expected to also research and identify new customers, develop a profile and collaborate with internal teams.
  • The incumbent will need to develop exceptional skills in communicating proposals, actions and results in support of the agreed upon strategy with Marketing, Customer Service and the Sales Team.
OPERATIONS:
  • For the account base which this Sales Associate managers directly, he/she will need to understand and be able to effectively establish sales within guidelines pertaining to pricing, product inventories; shipping and routing requirements, Terms and conditions, product returns and disputes.
  • Work closely with Accounting on the set up of new accounts.
