Lead the design, implementation and continued support of Master Data Control and Governance across the Corporation. Liaison with the SAP Center of Excellence (COE) to develop processes, procedures and continued maintenance of business master data. Facilitate the coordination with Plant locations, Corporate Office functions, and the SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) to identify, define, and document Master Data operational requirements and processes. Maintain current knowledge of and recommendations for the use of technical tools in the control and governance of Master Data. Support client locations with SAP knowledge for best practices in data control, governance and continued improvements for Data design, validation, entry, control and compliance of master data. Design and deliver reports and dashboards as needed to support and enforce the master data governance processes and procedures. Develop and Maintain documentation of corporate procedures and internal controls related to Data and its use in business processes. Ability to understand the root cause of complex problems and work with the business to research and develop appropriate solutions. Ability to express SAP concepts clearly and concisely both orally and in writing. Leads special projects as assigned and assists in the refresh of process definition and documentation. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Business degree required. MBA preferred. 6-10 years of experience with Master Data Management models and processes, 5-7 years SAP specific knowledge is required. Expertise in MDM, MDG Technical tools from SAP, IBM (preferred) or other 3rd parties. Solid Understanding and interacting of SAPs PP, MM, SD, P2P, FICO modules. Experience in designing and implementing functional business processes in a corporate environment. Experience in Chemical or Process Manufacturing companies and strong understanding of the impact data has on business processes.
