Qualifications

Bsc in Computer Science or a related discipline

5 to 10 years of in-depth application experience with MS Dynamics, and/or other CRM systems such as Salesforce Sales, Service Cloud

Advanced Administrator, Consulting and/or Developer Certifications or commensurate experience required

Experience leading large scale successful CRM implementations and supports for global technology companies

Expert in application/solution design, configuration / system setup and documentation

Strong management experience along with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to thrive in a matrixed environment and adjust to changing priorities and participation in multiple projects

Deep experience with lead to opportunity business process, sales force automation, quotation management and workflow design

Data analytics and SQL skills required

Demonstrated ability to communicate with multiple levels of management and collaborate with a variety of individuals to achieve business results

Responsibilities

The IT CRM Manager is the technical leader for the MS Dynamics CRM, related CPQ/Pricing and related Enterprise Data Management systems/program

This role is to ensure that IT is properly aligned as an enabler of MPS\'s continued rapid-growth while driving configuration over customization, efficient data/system integration, and strategically-planned progressive enhancements with Customer Advocacy/Care/Analytics and Security in mind

This position will report to Sr

Partner with key business stakeholders in understanding business process and data needs and setting the overall direction and priorities of MPS Sales and Customer Advocacy requirements

Provide functional and technical leadership for MS Dynamics and related environments

Collaborate with key IT stakeholders to ensure overall CRM and related systems health

Lead CRM related projects through full-life-cycle

Work with other IT staff to integrate MS Dynamics with other key Applications

Identify continuous improvement opportunities and collaborate with others to define appropriate approach and deliver results

Ensure CRM related applications meet security and audit requirements

Leverage strong analytical and problem-solving skills to solve business problems

Manage the performance of direct reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing feedback and guidance, and ensuring that all policies are understood and followed
