1. Providing application maintenance and support services for all Hyperion applications based on HFM, FDM, FR, Smart View 2. Providing critical Month end support 3. Performing root-cause analysis based on the problem tickets for new / recurring issues 4. Providing a permanent fix to bugs identified.
5. Delivering minor enhancements.
6. Creating report on the work performed in terms of tickets closed, root-causes identified, minor enhancements delivered on a monthly
basis
