Job Title: Hyperion Reporting Specialist Project Location: Nyc NY Duration: 12 months /Contract Skills Required and Job Description: Responsibilities: Client is embarking on a replacement for the HR and Payroll components of our existing Ellucian Banner ERP. We are seeking a consultant to carry out complex reporting of Human Resources and Payroll data using Hyperions reporting tool, as well as supporting reporting with other applications. Under the direction of the Director of Systems, Reporting and Analysis in the Human Resources Office, the HR/Payroll Hyperion Reporting Specialist will carry out complex reporting on a regular or ad hoc basis on behalf of users from throughout the university and addressing external data requests. The successful candidate will also support in-house users of Hyperion tools, and will work with process owners to build test scripts and document results, as well as analyzing deficiencies in current reporting approaches and recommending solutions for improvement. Minimum Qualifications: Extensive experience in data analysis and reporting using Hyperion Interactive Reporting Studio. Bachelors degree and at least three years of relevant work experience. Strong verbal, written and analytic skills. Familiarity with Federal and New York State laws and regulations governing Human Resources and Payroll functions Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity and experience working with the Ellucian Banner HR and Payroll modules Basic knowledge of SQL
