Role: Hyperion Administrator/Sr. Financial Systems Analyst Location: Avon Lake,OH Essential Duties & Responsibilities The Hyperion Administrator has overall responsibility and accountability for the operation and maintenance of the Hyperion Financial suite with responsibilities including but not limited to: Administration of metadata, rules, lists and security across multiple HFM applications. Maintain and administer validation of Financial Data Quality Management rules & scripts to insure accurate and complete migration of data from source systems through FDM to Hyperion Financial Management. Serve as liaison between Finance and IT departments. Acts as project lead for system upgrades and new application development. Support Corporate FP&A initiatives including but not limited to: Annual Budget, Strategic Planning, Monthly forecasting and Monthly close reporting and processes. Coordinates and facilitates user training for global user base of approximately 135 users. Responsible for troubleshooting and or assisting user community with data validation, data loading, report development and other items as required. Ensure HFM validation is occurring such that source ERPs and other inputs are reconciled and reporting data is accurate and timely. Support Corporate Accounting initiatives including but not limited to: Quarterly SEC reporting, annual filings and internal/external audit support. Support Tax department reporting and analysis as required Other analysis or projects as required. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required. Administration level knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management and FDM is required. Experience with Essbase is preferred. Skills Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and effectively prioritize to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality Self-starter that can work with little supervision, but can collaborate with team in a pro-active and positive way Excellent verbal, written and presentations skills Ability to interact with wide ranging levels of the organization including Business Unit Finance leaders and accounting personnel. Experience 3 - 6+ years combined Finance and Accounting experience is required. 3+ years administering Hyperion Financial Management applications is required Prior SAP BW, FI and COPA experience is strongly desired.
