The Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Administrator will primarily be responsible for managing the financial consolidation process of the company, the day-to-day operations of the Application and take a key role in identifying and resolving any issues. The HFM Administrator will also be responsible for ensuring that the appropriate internal controls are active in the application and operating effectively to maintain compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX). Heavy involvement on the project management, development, implementation and rollout of the HFM system globally: Ability to perform all tasks in the implementation cycle Support of user acceptance testing and post go-live support Lead the adoption of the HFM application across the worldwide entities and Accounting teams Manage the monthly financial consolidation process and coordinate the data submission/load process: Data Loading, Reconciliation and Consolidation Form and Grid Maintenance, Scripting and Automation Assign and maintain all security roles and systems access to ensure Compliance: Change Management Policies and Application Security Definitions Segregation of Duties and Policies Perform system maintenance, upgrades, patching and disaster recovery Help create and implement standard and custom reports in HFM Maintain, approve and review all business rules, calculations and scripts Provide day to day support and act as the subject matter expert to all global HFM users Troubleshoot hardware and infrastructure issues and optimize system performance Develop HFM user manuals and training materials to make available to Global HFM users Perform other duties and assist on projects as assigned Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Management Information Systems is required Candidate should have 5+ years experience and a strong knowledge of Financial Systems and Consolidation either as a user, administrator or implementer Must have fundamental understanding of GAAP and the relationship between the Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement
