Role: Senior Hyperion Infrastructure Administrator Locatrion: St. Louis, MO Essential Functions Supporting Hyperion suite of products HFM,HSF,FDQM,FR,Planning,Essbase Day to day administration of Hyperion that includes user provisioning, monitoring of audit logs and system activity required to ensure a stable Hyperion environment Manage applications, application security, metadata, data forms and reports Applying Fixes/Upgrades/Migrations based on the need/requirement Helping users in client installations(HFM Authoring Studio, FDM WorkBench, HSF, SmartView, Financial Reporting Studio, Essbase Console) Performance tuning and Optimization of the applications (for the fast data loads, better calculation times of cubes and fast retrieval of the reports using the Dense/Sparse settings, Cache settings) Supporting production environment during non-business hours Technical Support to application developers / business users Documenting all the changes/issues/resolutions Key Performance Indicators Support Ability to support other web administrators Ability to work unassisted Able to troubleshoot problems effectively and seamlessly Ability to proactively address problems to prevent them occurring Project Ability to plan, manage and deliver ad hoc project work on time and as requested Ability to communicate with web administrators, business/end users and other IT personnel to effectively interpret their requirements and then deliver where Web Administration Team is responsible Bachelor\'s degree preferred Six to eight years supporting Hyperion suite of products Strong background on the following Financial consolidation/reporting systems/tools Hyperion Financial Management(HFM), Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management(FDM), Hyperion Strategic Finance(HSF), Hyperion Financial Reporting / Smart View / Excel Add-Ins, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Essbase, UPK Proven experience installing, upgrading, troubleshooting and supporting Hyperion suite of products in an enterprise environment Must have completed at least 1 upgrade/migration Experience with scripting perl/shell/powershell Well versed with Windows 2008/2012 Operating System Oracle Hyperion Financial Management 11 Certified Implementation Specialist Certification is preferred
