- The GPM participates in Regional discussions of brand strategy and is a source of guidance and support for the Regional Brand Managers.
- He or she works closely with all departments including Supply Chain and Regulatory to assure consistent sourcing of the active ingredient at the lowest cost and acceptable quality.
Desirable Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a brand manager or product manager in the agricultural chemical industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent collaborator good at working in a multi-cultural environment across groups to build consensus.
- Highly proficient in speaking and writing in English a must; multi-lingual skills a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Self-starter with ability to work in a fast paced environment with little direct supervision.
