  • The ideal candidate will relocate to CT since this is a long term engagement.
  • Develops program and project objectives. Develop and aligns program plan with the overall program objectives
  • Draft the implementation / capability roadmap and regularly meet with business sponsors to align on target timeframe
  • Establish consultative relationship with key client stakeholders
  • Plans the deployments with stakeholders and steers the plan with overall architecture integration and coordination with other service partners
  • Establish program governance and cadence mechanism to track individual project timelines and constraints
  • Take responsibility for and own the success and delivery of each project.
  • Track and report project status as well as program milestones to sponsors and IT leadership
  • Capture, track, resolve and escalate project and program impacting issues Managing business and stakeholder expectations
  • Facilitate discussions, help make tough decision, and call issues out to drive to resolution
  • Has the up to date awareness of latest versions/features of the JDE technology under implementation and agile processes
  • Evaluates and recommends changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs.
  • Requires a bachelor\'s degree in area of specialty and at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field\'s concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs a group of ERP Consultants and Analysts.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to top management
  • Proven track record of leading the implementation of large-scale, global ERP / JDE projects

Global Program and Portfolio Management Experience

  • Strong business acumen and solid understanding of broader business concepts â??ability to translate technical concepts into business language
  • Successful Global JDE Deployments across 50+ countries
  • Drive strategy and solid deployment methodology across the engagement
  • Manage stakeholders - CIO and critical business / IT in US as well as globally
  • Connects with middle and senior level leadership of the customer organization
  • Ability to travel globally as and when the requirement is there.
  • Drive steercom meetings based on data driven solid reporting at program level
  • Act as a Thought Partner to CIO on deployments
  • Experience working with business sponsors, process owners, and executives
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and people skills
