Job Purpose

• The Global SAP BTL serves as the conduit between the technical SAP team and the global supply chain team ensuring that the SAP ERP platform facilitates supply planning and achievement of the business?? target customer service and inventory targets.
• The SAP GBTL is the Supply Chain SAP ??super user? and is the subject matter expert for customer service, demand management, supply planning, raw material sourcing, production planning, production execution and inventory record accuracy.
• The SAP GBTL will drive continuous improvement to the ERP system as well as lead the business?? master data maintenance program.
  

Major Job Duties

• Drive continuous improvement of BCS?? global supply chain organization through SAP enhancement projects
  
• Global implementation of SAP MRP
  
• Provide daily support for plant SAP Issues
  
• Create and Lead BCS?? MDM (Master Data Maintenance) program
  
• Create and Lead a Global SAP training program
  

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree required in IT or related field.
• Also, will consider academic study in supply chain, finance, engineering, business or marketing.
• Masters degree preferred.
  
• Minimum 6-8 years of job-related experience required.
• Must have experience working in warehousing, freight/logistics, and/or production lines.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Comfortable and experience making recommendations to senior business leadership.
  
• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time. Six sigma green belt or black belt or lean certification preferred.
  
• APICS certification (BSCM or CPSM) and/or SAP advanced certifications preferred.
  
• German language proficiency preferred.
  
• Fluency in English required.
