- Four year degree in Computer Science/Business Management and a minimum of 4 years IT experience, preferably with SAP-AFS.Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for degree.
- 2 years of experience in design and configuration of FICO related business process in SAP through Implementation Guide for R/3 Customizing configuration.
- 2 years of experience identifying, diagnosing and solving existing process and recommending design changes and functionality enhancements leading to closure of functionality gaps.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP R/3 environment, usage, configuration and enhancements related to working with AFS.Advanced knowledge of SAP Finance(SAP FICO).
- Sound understanding of business processes in the Apparel and Footwear industry.
- Experience with Win Shuttle and creation of scripts globally.Experience with Customer Master set-up and configurations.Ability to troubleshoot SAP SD billing and invoicing.
- Strong Leadership skills working in teams and with internal business partners.
- Ability to work in a virtual team and communicate in multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to solve problems with high energy and a positive attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication as well organizational skills.
- Ability to work within time constraints and meet deadlines.
