KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • SEO Management Perform audits and information gathering services, including technical website analysis, competitive and keyword research and link analysis for client and prospective client sites Conduct technical SEO audits and assist with implementation of SEO strategies on client websites.
  • Conduct competitive audit and analysis of competition at a domain and keyword level.Conduct on-page SEO keyword research, topic modeling and mapping strategies.
  • Identify, recommend and implement SEO strategies. Prepare and present updates and communications to clients and prospects.Implement on-page content optimizations based on keyword research and indexing strategies.
  • Conduct off-page SEO and link profile health analysis off-page SEO analysis, link profile analysis and link profile cleanup/link removal campaigns.
  • Optimize site content, mobile apps and digital products for maximum visibility and ranking in the major search engines.Develop and maintain SEO reports to monitor performance and provide optimization opportunities to improve visibility in searchUse of tools including MOZ, SEMRush, Screaming Frog and more.
  • Perform off-page local SEO audits and develop plans to improve local visibility.
  • Stay current with changing search engine algorithms and best practices for SEO, SEM and other algorithm based discovery engines.
  • Web Experience ManagementUpload and manage content publishing within content management systems.
  • Evaluate web performance and user behavior and provide recommendations to improve user experience and performance. This could include site structure, page layout, navigation and usability.
  • Monitor and diagnose website problems, including broken links, formatting irregularities and indexing issues.
  • Work with various digital, search and social team members to perform holistic digital analysis, providing key insights and recommendations for on-going cross-channel integrations

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education and Experience Bachelors degree in marketing, management, journalism, or computer science.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the interactive marketing field working on digital advertising and managing digital advertising programs, preferably in an agency environment.Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and how their objectives are achieved through web management, content and search Skills, Specialized Knowledge, and Abilities A solid understanding of SEO techniques and best practices Experience in other search engine marketing, particularly in paid search and social search or content strategy Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console Basic understanding of digital analytics and measurement Working knowledge of social media marketing principles Experience with content management systems Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress web development a plus Experience with A/B testing a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and ability to prioritize Curious and passionate about content and digital marketing
