This position will:
- Be part of a team that is responsible for the upgrade, support and enhancement of the JDE EnterpriseOne ERP system.
- Design, develop, test, implement, and support core enterprise applications and organizational business processes.
- Responsible for designing solutions with the JDE EnterpriseOne tool set, including integration points with other enterprise applications.
- Interact with multiple business stakeholders and end users across multiple functions: IT, Finance, Accounting, Customer Service, Distribution, Payroll, Production, etc.
- Provide end-user support for EnterpriseOne and core business applications and operations.
- Participate in analysis and requirements gathering, design and coding meetings, project planning sessions, code and test plan review to ensure quality of requested deliverable.
- This support will include fielding questions, assisting with data management, supporting financial reports, troubleshooting systems issues, and implementing fixes.
- Provide thorough documentation of applications for key users, as well as for ongoing maintenance and support of the applications.Follow design/programming standards where applicable, and make recommendations for best practices.
- Four-year college degree or previous ERP application development experience.
- Excellent organization and communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Preferred Experience:2+ years of JD Edwards Enterprise One full life-cycle implementation.
- Knowledge of the EnterpriseOne Tool sets, experience with system function modification and designing, developing, coding and unit testing JDE Enterprise One applications.
- Prior experience with BI Publisher and BSSV (web services) development.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles.Oracle JDE training.
