Ensuring Chart??s Success

  • Chart's corporate IT group is critical to building, operating, maintaining, and securing access to core systems for personal productivity, unified network access ERP, and engineering and computer aided design around the globe.
  • The Business Analyst will focus on the JD Edwards (JDE) E1 modules used for customer service management and purchasing management to provide functional and technical solutions to our processes.
  • Chart??s ERP system is core to successful business processes.
  • This role will help ensure Chartâ??s success through effective use of JD Edwards E1 modules for product costing, job costing, inventory, production planning, and shop floor control.

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be?¦

  • Support modules for product data management, inventory management, work order management, engineer to order, material requirements planning, capacity requirements planning, plant equipment and maintenance, and the plant manager dashboard.
  • Application configuration, deployment, and support
  • Development of global standard processes for product data management, production planning, shop floor control, and plant equipment and maintenance.
  • Assist business unit managers and power users with training and process documentation
  • Ensuring availability and performance of business applications
  • Coordinate service delivery via active participation in the use and management of the Chart service desk system.
  • Identifying areas where system functionality can be leveraged to drive business process efficiencies and assisting in process improvements execution
  • Troubleshooting issues and system bugs and provide direction for work-arounds, corrections and enhancements
  • Supporting project initiatives in the business functional area throughout their lifecycle
  • Design and management of interfaces between JDE applications and external systems
Your Professional Experience Should Be?¦
  • 5 years of extensive JDE experience using JDE Enterprise One 9.0 and higher versions, including design, configuration, and user support
  • Hands-on experience and expertise in JDE??s E1 in the areas of product data management, production planning, shop floor control, and plant equipment and maintenance.
  • Developed solutions in JDE for improved functionality and successful execution of new solution
