Job description We are seeking an Entry Level Sales & Marketing Consultant to join our team! You will resource new leads, set appointments, meet with clients and provide the ultimate in customer service. Responsibilities Research potential clients and create a CRM record. Follow-up on the new prospect and obtain a meeting to present our services. Become knowledgeable about all of company client services. Learn about design, SEO and SEM. Be able to speak confidently about all services to a potential client. Do not promise unrealistic results or timelines that your team can not meet. Listen carefully to the client or prospect and succinctly summarize their needs so that a proper estimate can be created. Reach agreed upon sales targets each month, quarter, and year. Resolve customer inquiries proactively. Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of recent technology changes that affect their company\'s website and search rankings. Prepare early for each meeting. Know as much as possible about the potential client and their competitors and industry. Qualifications Marketing or sales degree required (or significant prior experience in marketing or sales) Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields Familiarity with ACT, Microsoft Office products, SEO, WordPress and social media Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented Serving Cincinnati since 1998..
