Direct Report to Executive Director, Total Rewards, HR Services & HRIS, this position is responsible for providing management oversight for a Compensation Analyst and the HR Services team to insure day to day administration of compensation processes and HR Systems.
Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures recommending plan revision as well as new plans which are cost effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives; coordinates implementation and provides guidance to HR team.
Provide advice to HR and Business Partners on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation and job evaluation including the design of creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs.
Manage the PeopleSoft administration of direct compensation (base pay and incentive programs) including the processing, recording and reporting of compensation-related actions taken on salaried employees.
