Budget $: 100,000 - 200,000

  • Collaborate with functional partners, developers and support to define and understand both functional and technical requirements for People Soft Systems.
  • Coach and mentor beginning and intermediate developers.Lead long-term application development, integration, upgrades, and maintenance strategies.
  • Track, diagnose, replicate, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and technical issues.
  • Lead various People Soft projects from design to completion (modifications, interfaces and new development).
  • Assist with Application and Tool patches and upgrades.
  • Assist with security administration on the People Soft application.
  • Diagnose and resolve People Soft system related errors to ensure the accuracy of People Soft system.
  • Research questions with respect to both maintenance and development activities.
  • Create new documentation and maintain existing documentation of policies and procedures for People Soft.
  • May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
  • Six (6) or more years of experience developing in People Soft (Financials and/or HCM).
  • Experience in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Project Costing, Asset Management, Purchasing, ePro, Travel and Expenses.
  • Experience in Workforce Administration and Payroll for North America.
  • Strong knowledge of RDBMS - SQL Server preferred.
  • Knowledge of People Tools (8.48 or higher) - App Designer, App Engine, Integration Broker, Workflow, Portal, Process Scheduler, Mass Change.Reporting experience in Crystal Reports, SQR.
  • Knowledge of Financials/HCM - application version 9.2.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.Excellent organization, time management, prioritization, analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
