  • The senior PeopleSoft Developer will be responsible for implementing, maintaining and supporting PeopleSoft Enterprise FSCM applications, including but not limited to GL, AP, Supplier Contracts Management, ePro, PO, sPro, Strategic Sourcing, AR, Billing and AM.
  • Initiatives include upgrades, implementation of new modules/functionality, enhancement and support.
  • This position requires that the Developer has strong technical and functional experience of PeopleSoft FSCM functionality, as well as the ability to closely interact with the business as well as various IT teams to understand requirements and efficiently implement high quality solutions.

Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a PeopleSoft Applications Developer/Lead supporting PeopleSoft FSCM modules
  • Hands-on technical experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.5x, including but not limited to PeopleCode, Component Interface, SQR, Application Engine programming, app messaging, Integration Broker, Workflow, Events and Notifications
  • Extensive functional experience and knowledge in PeopleSoft FSCM applications, including but not limited to GL, AP, Supplier Contracts Management, ePro, PO, sPro, Strategic Sourcing, AR, Billing and AM
  • Experience collaborating with Business and/or Business Analysts to understand and document business requirements
  • Experience working with Project Managers to estimate work efforts, come up with work break down and allocations, manage the project plan and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Knowledge and experience in designing and developing interfaces using PeopleSoft integration technologies
  • Proactively contribute to technical and functional discussions to help in decision making
  • Demonstrated proficiency in all phases of PeopleSoft development including requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and post implementation support
  • Experience with UNIX and SQL and strong proficiencies with these skills
  • Experience in analysis and testing; must have the ability to lead testing efforts
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology, or 10 years equivalent work experience
  • Additional Skills Ability and willingness to take initiative and drive towards quality solutions with minimal supervision
  • Strong written and oral communication skills Willingness to learn new technologies
  • Ability to work in a distributed team environment
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot issues
  • Proactively work towards process improvement in an effort to increase the level and quality of customer service
