DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gather and transform business requirements into innovative solutions that effectively support the business world-wideDocument designs, specifications and flow diagrams to assist in efficient development, support and problem analysisDevelop, execute and document test plans for development activitiesCommunicate clearly and effectively with business users and technical teams through all phases of the development life cycleResearch and troubleshoot reported problemsDesired Skills and ExperienceBachelors Degree in Computer Science or closely related field is desired6 years experience with PeopleSoft applications, architecture, and developmentProficient in PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, XML Publisher, and Integration Broker in an environment using PeopleTools 8.50 or higherExperience with PeopleSoft 9.0 or higher applicationsProficient in use of SQL with relational databasesAbility to develop and maintain applications in an environment utilizing Unix/AIX, Oracle DBMS, Oracle Stored Procedures, and COBOLExperience with PeopleSoft Finance modules, Inventory, or Purchasing desiredPeopleSoft upgrade experience a plusPerformance tuning experience a plusXML and web services experience a plusExperience with Oracle 10.x or higher preferred
