Location:Harrisburg, PA
- Develop, design, document, maintain, evaluate, support and provide problem resolution for system applications; performs a variety of technical and analytical functions for Oracle\'s PeopleSoft ERP General Ledger & Accounts Payable applications throughout the organization.
- Provide engineering, installation, configuration, and maintenance for PeopleSoft 8.9 environment.
- Primary focus is to integrate and support PeopleSoft with Epic Electronic Medical Record General Ledger and Accounts Payable refunds.
- Experience with PeopleSoft System in terms of Functional, Technical and integration. PeopleSoft GL, AP, Billing, Expense Functional, requirements determination, gap analysis, business process reengineering, issue resolution, configuration, custom code specifications, training, go-live assistance and post implementation support.
- Utilizes components of project management methodology for implementations and upgrades.
- Troubleshoots software issues and escalates problems appropriately.
- Research new and emerging technologies to determine their applicability to application development and maintenance, and in support of the needs of operations.
- Supports the processes of sustaining and improving operational and systems performance.
- Bachelor\'s degree preferred and three to five (3-5) years\' relevant experience or associate\'s degree plus five to seven (5-7) years\' relevant experience10-12 years of progressively increased responsibility will be considered in lieu of bachelor\'s degreeMust demonstrate effective interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills
- Experience in project management and process improvement methodologies
- Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Experience working cross-functionally or across organizations
