Location:Columbus, OH Responsibilities
- The human resources information systems (HRIS) manager is responsible for managing the HRIS department, staff, and day-to-day operations in order to deliver efficient and effective service to the organization
- The HRIS manager reports to the director of the HR Resource Center and HRIS.
Responsibilities include:- Providing mid-level leadership duties for all enterprise HR data shared with internal and external systems.Ensuring data integrity on outgoing and incoming files.
- Ensuring the integration and coordination of any internal or external system changes affecting HR data shared among multiple systems.
- Identifying and understanding issues and system impacts, options and recommended solutions, and timely and accurate implementation of solutions.Minimum Qualifications Education, Certification, Registration, License Bachelor's Degree Field of Study: Human Resources Field of Study:Business Administration Field of Study:Computer Science Field of Study:Related Years of
Experience:- 8 SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, computer science, or a related field or a minimum of eight years of relevant experience in HR systems administration required.
- Project management experience required.
- General knowledge of human resources management required.Additional Job Information Current People Soft Experience Strongly Preferred.
