  • 5 years experience in Site Management for a high traffic site preferredDemonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgencyA proven record of effective leadership and desire to mentor and train junior to mid-level team members.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team partnership, promote enthusiasm and foster strategic thinkingSuccess in a start-up like environment.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, but a willingness and desire to roll up your sleevesSound qualitative and quantitative analytical skills and in-depth experience with online analytics tools such as Omniture, Web Trends, Google AnalyticsExperience with App and Mobile Optimization1-2 years experience directly managing a team
  • The Manager, eCommerce is responsible for the strategy and day to day management of websites for new product launches including A/B testing plans, persona management, best practices for both desktop and mobile experiences, and site conversion.
  • Will plan, execute and deliver on site testing strategy and roadmaps that will lead to the accomplishment of the groups 2015 objectives.
  • The team requires a digital expert with strong skills in enterprise eCommerce management and understanding of best practices in site conversion and responsive design, excellent communication proficiency and the ability to work across and gain buy-in from multiple stakeholders.
Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:

  • Lead innovation, strategy, and development of client website in line with group goals and objectivesEmbrace consumer shopping and buying behaviors across multiple platforms to manage and optimize the website marketing funnel to drive consumer preference of client as their entertainment providerLeverage segmentation and marketing analytics to provide insights and deliver website programs to maximize marketing return on investmentPartner across the marketing organization to ensure holistic campaigns that together deliver significant market share shiftStrategically asses acquisition opportunities, current customer impact, and implement corporate-wide programsEffectively manage team and projects with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with a high capacity to multi-task and handle tight deadlines on a daily basis
