  • If you have a 1-2 year CRE analyst who knows Argus and has completed valuations on an existing commercial real estate portfolio and/or commercial real estate transaction’s I’d love to see him/her.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs financial modeling, analyzes the data and develops financial reports for planning, forecasting, trending and variance analysis to actual results on business performance.
  • Provides analytical and daily asset management support on a portfolio consisting of retail properties throughout the country; specifically modeling investment yields, lease valuations, NPV, and Tracks the current financial progress of new or existing properties against their forecasts
  • Researches and collects information about real estate markets, potential for demand and rate growth, competitiveness of comparable properties, and risks presented by new supplyWork with a team including asset managers, property managers, leasing agents and accounting managers to create annual business plans and budgets for each property
  • Provides support for third party relationships including investors, appraisers and lenders
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Finance, Accounting or Economics from a four-year college or university or equivalent professional knowledge and/or work experience
  • Seeking 0 to 3 years of prior professional accounting or finance experience, preferably in a real estate environment
  • Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team in a fast paced environment to complete projects with a high degree of accuracyIntermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel are required for this position
  • Knowledge and skills with Argus software is preferred
