Job description Manages the due diligence, analysis and closing of new acquisitions & dispositions in a team based approached. Communicates details of transactions to COO & Company. Essential Job Functions Evaluates new deals; Manages production of Financial Packages; Manages/oversees Due Diligence list on portal (is project on track); Conducts go hard meetings, post closing meetings and works with Sellers and JV Partners; Creates Closing Statements and manages the closing; Manages Lender and directs Analysts on Due Diligence items to provide to Lender. Takes initiative as problems or opportunity arise; Prepares concise, well written documents using appropriate business and technical language; Provides clear & concise instructions to others; shares insight to enhance process and results;
