Job description The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or equivalent and hold a valid CPA designation. This person will have extensive experience managing complex financial data, and corporate budgets for multiple locations, and is an active participant in the business' success. This roles's key accountability will be: Work alongside the Regional and Corporate Controllers as the front line for the finance department, partnering with our plant managers to analyse, review and leverage financial data for business success Lead plant level teams through the budgeting process ensuring all data is accurate and ready for presentation to our corporate leadership team Act as the financial expert providing training and guidance to the plant level employees with goal of upgrading their business acumen and improving their understanding of financial concepts Review analyse and report on all relevant financial metrics for the USA operations, reviewing them with the plant teams and helping establish strategies for improving business performance Take this opportunity to join and grow with us!
