The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Coordinate monthly reporting, quarterly forecasting and annual planning processes for the Global businesses, ensuring due dates are achieved and key deliverables are submitted. Interact with business partners to provide guidance around reports, analytics, strategic plans, business plans, and targets. Consolidate and analyze actual, forecast, and plan results for key stakeholders within the business. Support the Global Businesses on all financial analysis needs including customer profitability, product mix analysis, pricing, etcâ?¦ Develop understanding of the commercial market to support business decisions and improve top-line profitability. Analyze key drivers of sales volume performance; bring to light any potential risks or opportunities. Provide Gross margin analysis including price erosion, volume versus mix and additional analyses. Demonstrate continuous efforts to improve operations, decrease lead times, and streamline work processes by working cooperatively and jointly with internal stakeholders. Assist with special projects and ad-hoc assignments as needed. To select this job as one of interest to you, at a minimum, you must have the following: Bachelorâ??s degree in Finance or Accounting required, MBA highly preferred. Experience supporting annual, forecast, and long-range planning activities. Aptitude to analyze and interpret complex financial and statistical data including data modeling, while still seeing the â??big pictureâ?. Experience in preparing data for accurate, complete and timely financial reports and presentations across a multi-organizational business. Experience developing financial statements (P&L, B/S, Cash Flow). Advanced user of Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word; VBA knowledge a plus. Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and accounting practices, and their application to a wide variety of accounting transactions Strong attention to detail, time management and oral/written communication skills, and strong organizational skills required. Demonstrated the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Relevant Work Experience Five years of direct experience in a financial, business, or commercial analyst role
