company is looking to add a Sr. Financial Analyst to our Finance & Accounting team. If you are looking for an opportunity to help lead to future financial success and have passion for making sense out of the dollars and cents, then this might be the place for you.

  • You will:Report to the Company Controller and work closely with the CFO, the Finance & Accounting team, and Client Service team on budgets, financial modeling, and analytics.
  • Manage and maintain Excel project budget template, including working on annual pricing and coding updates with CFO and enhancing user interface.
  • Prepare budget-to-actual variance analyses for all projects in NetSuite.Work closely with the CFO on various excel projects that require extensive modeling on the back-end and an easy user-interface on the front-end.
  • Help develop and maintain project management tool in NetSuite to help Client Services better manage resources to improve utilization of internal staff, as well as project staff utilization going forward.
  • Continuously find new ways to get the most out of NetSuite, to give management and client services the forecasting and reporting tools they need to be successful.
  • This often includes setting up newly-created customized reports.Manage everything related to credit card expenses and coding through Abacus set up and manage users, manage clients & projects, maintain expense line items, review coding entries, and manage mapping/syncing with NetSuite.
  • When requested by CFO, code credit card expenses for corporate cards and/or other staff as needed.
  • Prepare monthly credit card reconciliation for month-end closing.Manage the process of keeping a clean fixed asset list and project annual depreciation.Manage general NetSuite administration for employees, projects, and reports.
