Hyperion Planning Tech Lead Developer in Atlanta, downtown

Position: Hyperion Planning Tech Lead
Location: Atlanta, downtown
Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:
• Person will participate in system administration and operational support (e.g., hardware/software installation, maintenance and support, system logs and problem reports, adds, changes, backups, and file restores) and assist in monitoring of the system performance and capacity planning.
• Troubleshooting and/or interacting with IT staff or vendors in testing, operational support and troubleshooting of complex system hardware and software problems
• Act as a technical resource to the IT staff and systems users. Perform related duties as assigned or requested. Perform all routine administrative and operational tasks
• Ability to work within a team of both onshore and offshore resources to fulfill integrated solutions from source to customer
• Manage and/or create project and application artifacts for ongoing development and support
• Develop detailed project management activities as input into overall project plan for delivery of specific components of projects and continuous development work
• Execution based on agreed upon deliverables and milestones
Minimum Requirements:
• Experience working with Oracle Hyperion Essbase / Forecasting and Planning system 9 or 11X
• Experience with requirements gathering and rapid solution development.
• Experience in Building dimensions using Load Rules File, Load data using Rules files, defining UDAs, specifying dimensions as per the requirements
• Minimum of 3 years working knowledge of the Oracle Essbase /OFSAA

• Working knowledge of hardware OS to support Oracle Hyperion product suite
• Ability to team with business units and hardware engineers to deliver solutions for customers
• Experience implementing and upgrading Oracle Hyperion based products
• Technical leadership. Ability to organize and lead others through issues resolution
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Preferred Experience:
• General Unix knowledge (AIX / Linux) including scripting
• Master Data Management Techniques
• Relational Database knowledge (STAR Schema)
• 3 years of financial services experience
