Required Skills
- Proven and demonstrable CRM implementation experience
- 2-4 years of experience is eliciting requirements from non-technical stakeholders
- 2-4 years of experience configuring and customizing Dynamics CRM and FieldOneAgile Software Development processes, particularly ScrumAgile story development, story prioritization, and backlog management
- Ability to operate free of supervision in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills in English.
- Must be able to present in front of business users and stakeholders, author clear and simple documentation, and actively listen to stakeholders and team members.
- Familiarity with JIRA preferredUnderstanding of basic change management conceptsStrong customer, quality and results orientation.
- Dynamics CRM .Net plugin, Jscript, and SSIS/SSRS development experience a plus
- Bachelors Degree requiredDynamics CRM 2015 experience and certification requiredFieldOne experience and certification strongly preferred
- Click dimensions experience and certification strongly preferredKnowledge of Finance, and/or Property Management desired
