- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum 2 years working with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2/R3 in sys admin/user support role
- Familiarity with AX implemented in a Distribution environment including Warehousing
- Minimum 4 years working with an ERP or related system, either as an analyst, developer, sys admin, or transitioned end user.
- Familiarity with ISV such as AVALARA, Red Maple, RF Smart, others desired
- Experience with code promotion expected, use of Team Foundation Server desired
- Demonstrate knowledge and capability in AIF, AOS, Database logging, Roles, Security and Permissions, Batch Operations, Reporting
- Project Management skills and related experience a plus, as well as any relevant certifications or training (e.g. - ITIL)
- Ability to maintain professional demeanor, team mindset while under pressure
- Ability to handle confidential matters with the utmost integrity
