Job Title : Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Architect Job Location : Ft. Worth, TX 76155 Responsibilities In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Application, Business Object and Data Layer Performs technical requirements gathering, use-case discovery, and platform analysis Generate architecture recommendations that perform and scale well at enterprise level Develop and maintain software requirements specification and architecture documents Work in conjunction with Enterprise architects on multiple technical initiatives Identify and define integration points with third party solutions Underrating of scripting (eScript), business service, Workflows, Components & business process Ability to solve problems and react to critical production issues Proficient in EAI Enterprise Application Integration (Web services, VBC*s, XML*s) Extensive experience in Data Import, Export and Migration using EIM (Enterprise Integration Manager), VBC and EAI Understanding of hardware architectures (e.g., servers, memory, I/O subsystems, storage devices) Knowledge and Experience In-depth knowledge of CRM Data Model Experience with performance optimization Experienced with at least 5 or more full life cycle CRM implementations Strong communication skills Extensive experience in software life cycle (development, deployment, and operations support) is required Experience in working in AGILE framework Ability to lead and mentor developers both onshore and offshore Strong analytical skills with ability to learn quickly Show initiative, is a self-starter, able to handle multiple priorities and has excellent time management skills Strong communication skills;
