Creating mock-up reports for review Writing SQL queries to create end-user and ad-hoc reports Perform and document data analysis, data validation, data mapping/design Responding to questions, researching/resolving issues and/or coordinating resolution of issues to complete project work Providing technical support for business systems including high impact production issues Analyzing existing SQL code to troubleshoot; rewrite as necessary to assure accuracy and performance Preparing time estimates for all reports developed SQL Server development including custom queries, joins, tables, stored procedures, ETL, SSIS Developing reports in pre-production environment, promote through test, and then to production Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications and experience: Expertise in developing complex, well-structured scripts Proficient Microsoft SQL skills, ideally with experience in Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft SQL server, and Tableau (or any business intelligence tools) A complete understanding of the business intelligence development life cycle including the ability to conduct interviews and gather the needs for desired outcomes for the BI solutions being built Ability to produce clear, written operation instructions and supporting documentation Strong ability to reconcile data and processing problems Professional experience with visualizations and dashboards utilizing one or more BI tools (Tableau, Looker, BI360, Microsoft Power BI)
