- Individuals must have very strong competency in several technologies, must have proven competency in enterprise solution planning and implementation, able to learn and communicate solutions to all levels of the corporation
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Dynamics AX, Exchange, Lync, SharePoint, System Center, Terminal Server, SolarWinds Orion, Biscom Fax Server, Pervasive, Descartes Customs Link
- Project Planning and management experience for enterprise solutions. Able to work with the Application Administration management and technical staff, setting project milestones and priorities.
- Designing Metrics for automated performance monitoring
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to recognize and solve complex problems
- Knowledge and discipline to document processes and infrastructure
- Effective at communicating and presenting ideas to management, customers and end users
- Maintain confidentiality
- Displays both technical competency and team leadership
- Capable of planning and completing a project of all levels of complexity
