Microsoft Dynamics AX Developer position will design, develop, and
maintain the company�¢??s Microsoft Dynamics AX projects and modules;
provide technical AX guidance, leadership, and perform code reviews for
other Microsoft Dynamics AX developers; work with Business Analysts, end
users, and other developers during project development; interpret and
adhere to the Functional Requirements from Business Requirement
Documents during project development; promote AX models using
established promotion procedures into all environments; code to
established Microsoft Best Practices; develop and enforce AX coding
standards and methodologies; perform debugging and testing of all AX
solutions; and address any support issues and assist others to resolve
any production related concerns.
Qualifications
Requirements:
�¢?�¢ At least 5 years development experience using X++ and MorphX IDE in Dynamics AX.
�¢?�¢ Experience integrating AX with external systems.
�¢?�¢ Proficient with AX workflow and security development techniques.
�¢?�¢ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL 2008/2012 and database design.
�¢?�¢ Familiarity with other Object Oriented language, E.G. C#, VB.Net, Java, and the .Net Framework.
�¢?�¢ Ability to design and develop reports using SSRS development tools.
�¢?�¢ Familiarity with UNIX and Windows platforms.
�¢?�¢ Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
�¢?�¢ Self-motivated working ability with minimal supervision or direction
�¢?�¢ Experience with project management including how to work with deadlines and how to estimate the duration of a project.
�¢?�¢ Ability to articulate and submit Project status updates.
�¢?�¢ Ability to effectively communicate cross-organizationally and work well in a small team, fast-paced environment.
�¢?�¢ Ability to read, comprehend, and follow the Functional Requirements of a Business Requirements Document.
�¢?�¢ Ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, managers, sales representatives, and outside vendors.
