7+ years of software/applications analysis and development experience. At least 3 years using the Microsoft technology stack - particularly C#, .NET, X++, and SQL Solid knowledge of SQL and RDBMS concepts Good understanding of Middleware solutions (Pervasive preferred) and exposure to highly interfaced ERP environments Excellent oral and written communication skills Good documentation skills, design specs, test scripts, training documents etc. Good functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX in at least one area; Finance and or Trade & Logistics Exposure to medical billing as well as knowledge of HIPAA EDI transactions sets is desirable Job Experience At least 5 years experience with ERP solutions (Microsoft Dynamics AX is highly preferred) Experience with middleware solutions (Pervasive is desirable) Experience in the Analysis, Design, and Coding of reports within the Microsoft technology stack Solid understanding of SDLC processes and IT best practices Healthcare / Med Device or other Regulated industry experience a plus Skills / Competencies Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast pasted, dynamic environment Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet committed deadlines and managing changing priorities MS Certifications desirable X++ / C# / .NET or other object-oriented programming Demonstrate a willingness to learn
